Ecommerce delivery specialists ITD Global are expanding their operations with not one but two new ecommerce parcel depots around the UK. The Glasgow and Leeds depots are in addition to their Head Office in Manchester, and existing depots in Birmingham and London, supporting both domestic and international delivery.
ITD’s depots sort ecommerce parcels for collection by multiple carriers, with rules-based functionality determining the optimal carrier in each instance.
Glasgow depot now open
ITD Global’s Glasgow depot opened in Bellshill at the end of last year. The new depot serves as ITD’s Scottish hub, speeding up processing time for customers in Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond.
Leeds depot opening soon
ITD’s next local depot is set to open in Leeds this June, set to be part of a network of regional hubs up and down the country.

Local depots are a key part of ITD’s multiple carrier approach, allowing customers to benefit from a single parcel pick-up from ITD Global, but with the flexibility and range of delivery options provided by multiple carriers.
ITD customers in and around the new depot areas can now benefit from a dedicated local Sales and Operations team with expert local knowledge. Each local team includes a Business Development Manager to focus on new customers who place their distribution with ITD Global and an Account Manager who’ll be the go-to touchpoint for customer queries, while the local Operations team will ensure all goods are processed through the ITD depot and handed to the chosen carrier promptly and securely.
Customers close to the new hub locations can also enjoy greater flexibility in terms of collection times, with a convenient later cut-off.
