- Fulfilment & Distribution
- 3 years minimum experience of Purchase Ledger
- Familiar with a fast-paced Accounts department with the ability to swiftly change focus
- A focused and motivated individual
- A supportive team player
- Friendly, Polite & Sociable
- Good Communication skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision & use your own initiative when solving problems
- An accurate eye for detail
Previous Job experience
Used to Processing large Batches of Supplier Invoices
Knowledge of Parcel Courier invoices such as Yodel, UPS & FedEx would be beneficial but not essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preparation of Supplier Payments
Processing of Supplier Credit notes
Investigating Invoice queries & liaising with Suppliers
