SALARY: £23,000 – £26,000 Depending on Experience

Person Fit

  • 3 years minimum experience of Purchase Ledger
  • Familiar with a fast-paced Accounts department with the ability to swiftly change focus
  • A focused and motivated individual
  • A supportive team player 
  • Friendly, Polite & Sociable
  • Good Communication skills
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision & use your own initiative when solving problems
  • An accurate eye for detail

Previous Job experience

  • Used to Processing large Batches of Supplier Invoices

  • Knowledge of Parcel Courier invoices such as Yodel, UPS & FedEx would be beneficial but not essential

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Preparation of Supplier Payments

  • Processing of Supplier Credit notes

  • Investigating Invoice queries & liaising with Suppliers
